"Our" playground!

We are very fortunate to have so many wonderful things in walking
distance from our house! We live right next to Shelby park, which
includes a beautiful lake filled with geese and ducks, a fantastic playground, picnic areas and lovely woods. We often take early morning walks down to the playground, followed by a brisk walk around the lake. It's gorgeous!
Max has been braving the slide on his own for a couple of months and
says "more, more" whenever he gets to the bottom! We took these pics
when Max was 12 1/2 months... almost walking!
And of course, after all that effort it's time to cool off in the
paddling pool!
